Cancer Caregiver Support Program - Open to all caregivers who care for loved one with any type of cancer diagnosis. Cooperative Parenting and Divorce - Parents can learn the skills necessary to minimize difficulties for their children as their roles change from spouses to co-parents. The group is for divorcing parents who have children. Cost is $130.00 for 8 week course or (2) 4 week courses; includes the cost of workbook. Diabetes Support Group - Covers topics and support related to diabetes. Open to the patient and their family/significant other Infant Loss Support Group - 6 week series support group for families who are grieving the death of a child through miscarriage, stillbirth, or infant death. The Senior EyeCare Program ensures that every senior has access to medical eye care and promotes annual, dilated eye exams. It raises awareness about age-related eye disease, including cataracts, providing free eye care educational materials and facilitates access to eye care at no out-of-pocket expenses for eligible seniors. A comprehensive medical eye exam is provided and treatment for anything diagnosed at the initial visit for up to one year at no out-of-pocket cost for the physician's services. People may visit www.aao.org/eyecareamerica anytime, for themselves and / or family members and friends, to determine if they qualify for a referral from one of EyeCare America's 4,600 volunteer ophthalmologists nationwide. Excluded: eyeglasses, prescription drugs, hospital services, and fees of other medical professionals.
Featuring personalized primary care, laboratory tests offering blood drawing services, prescriptions are processed through the mail or My HealtheVet, Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) for Substance Abuse Disorder and outpatient addictive disorder services.
