Mosaic Arts and Events (formerly known as Museum of Visual Materials) is an historic and LEED Platinum Green Building. Offers free and low cost art classes and camps for kids Mondays through Wednesdays. The historic building is also an events venue for weddings, receptions, fundraisers, holiday parties and more. Senior center programs include social activities, informational events, health care programs, and facility rental space. Volunteers within the Aberdak Senior Group coordinate the various programs, including, recreational occasions and volunteer opportunities. Members are mailed a newsletter each month highlighting activities and events.

By maintaining stewardship of the historic Washington Street Arts Center, the VAAC provides a home to support artists and students, and welcome area community.
