Provides transitional and supportive housing services to veterans who are homeless or at risk of homelessness due to financial hardship, unemployment, addiction, mental health, or transition from jail. An independent living program located in Rapid City, that provides young adults ages 18-21 who are living with severe mental illness - Affordable housing, Safe, supportive environment, and Coordinated team approach. Case management focusing on Life skills classes, Educational goals, Employment skills, Mental and physical health care needs, Connections with community resources, Aftercare planning and support, Assistance with transportation and bus services, Community recreation activities, Building and maintaining positive, health adult relationships, and Encourage healthy lifestyle choices.

Offers evidence based programs such as Life Skills, Positive Promotions, Techniques of Alcohol Management, Communities Mobilizing for Changes on Alcohol, Youth Leadership Activities, and Information Dissemination.

Clearinghouse for local food pantry, gas vouchers, utility (including water, electric, and gas bills with a disconnection notice), and rent help. Love Inc is not income based, rather they are need based. If Love, Inc is unable to help, clients will be referred to the appropriate agency. Programs include: Friday Backpack Program (healthy snacks for weekends), Adopt-A-Student Backpack Program (supplies and backpack for the school year), personal care pantry, winter coat drive, Helping Hands Baby Ministry, Love Inc's Clothing Closet (a thrift store for the Canton community), and budgeting classes.

The goal of the VOA Axis180 is to assist homeless young people in making a successful transition to self sufficiency, prevent long-term dependency on the social services system, and provide an option for older youth who need assistance in transitioning into adulthood.
