Provides mental health and substance abuse treatment services. Works with difficult clients involved in the legal system, suffering from Axis II disorders, and those who struggle to follow the rules. Also provides suicide prevention intervention services. Telehealth services are available. Services include: individual counseling, marriage counseling, divorce counseling, substance abuse counseling, outpatient substance abuse treatment, grief/bereavement counseling, child abuse counseling, child abuse survivor counseling for adults, family counseling, couples (conjoint) counseling, mental health screening, cognitive behavioral therapy, adolescent/youth counseling, parenting counseling, spouse/intimate partner abuse counseling, and suicide prevention services.

Offers telehealth counseling. Does not require the person to attend an intake session in person. Can mail intake paperwork and this should be returned via mail or email prior to first session. Services are provided through a secure video connection. Strives to provide culturally relevant and sensitive care.

Provides psychiatric services (medication management and/or therapy) through telehealth anywhere in the state of South Dakota to patients age 13 and above as well as in-person. Under age 13 will be considered on a case by case basis. Services include but are not limited to LGBTQ counseling, psychiatry services, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), gender identity counseling, medical cannabis evaluations, and more.
