Mission of South Dakota State University Student Health Clinic and Counseling Services is to promote the health and wellness of the university community, to enhance student retention and to support academic and personal success of all students. - Counseling Services Initial Screenings Available 8:30am - 3:30pm, Monday - Friday (During Academic School Year) Closed on Holidays Counselors are also available after business hours for emergency or crisis intervention by calling University Police Department at 605-688-5117 - Student Health Clinic 9:00am - 5:00pm, Monday 8:00am - 5:00pm, Tuesday - Friday (During academic school year) Closed on Holidays These services are only offered for currently enrolled SDSU students.

Cougar Cupboard works to reduce food insecurity among USF students by providing students in need with food (non-perishable and fresh) and hygiene items.
Multi-purpose facility with theatre and conference center available. The facility is available on a daily rental basis for conferences, wedding receptions, entertainment, etc. Seating for theatre: 650, seating for conference: 500.

​Huron Community Campus is a partnership campus designed and implemented to replace the lost opportunity of post secondary education with the closing of Si Tanka/Huron University in 2005. This educational model is defined as a physical location where two or more institutions collaborate to deliver academic programs and student services. Huron Community Campus is directed by a board appointed by the Mayor and City Commission. Cornerstones Career Learning Center is currently offering community education courses.
