Register online, call, or fill out a brochure to mail to office.
Eligibility
Parents who live or work in Minnehaha, Lincoln, McCook, or Turner counties within SD, along with Rock County, MN and Lyon County, IA, are eligible to sign up their children ages birth - 5 years old.
