Powers of Attorney: can serve as a durable medical power of attorney to legally make responsible decisions on behalf of an individual concerning medical decisions and treatment. Additionally, also serves as a financial power of attorney to manage assets and investments. End of Life Planning: mediates potential difficult decisions within families including funeral planning, assisting with settling probates, partnering with attorneys to coordinate will planning and serving as a personal representative to settle estates. Elder Abuse & Neglect: experience working with elder abuse & neglect cases.
