Provides adequate, healthy, and affordable housing according to safety living standard and to create a suitable living environment to meet the needs of elderly, families, and individuals of SWO. Programs include: Homebuyers Program - Provides down payment financial assistance to enrolled Sisseton-Wahpeton Tribal members who are seeking to purchase a primary home. Housing Authority - Provides decent, safe and sanitary housing for all Tribal members seeking to eradicate substandard housing and eliminate homelessness through provision of supportive services and financial assistance programs. - T Yamni Program - One-Stop Homeownership Program assists Tribal members with homeownership opportunities.
