Street Outreach delivers outreach to build relationships and to distribute basic necessities of snacks and water, clothing, blankets, and hygiene products. Assesses service-ready individuals, co-responds to crisis intervention, provides and facilitates service referrals, and provides transportation to safe locations in the community. Street Outreach also provides relatives transportation to medical appointments and court appearances.
