Older Adult Resource Network | Lutheran Social Services - Southeast Region

The goal is to help older adults and caregivers in Douglas and Charles Mix counties access services and supports to successfully age at home. The program is open to help with identifying resources for many needs and focuses on transportation, food security, social isolation, safe housing, and healthcare navigation/referrals. In August 2024, the project will begin its expansion to Hutchinson and Bon Homme counties.

Eligibility

Open to individuals 55 years of age and older who live in Douglas and/or Charles Mix County, and to caregivers. In August 2024, the project will start its expansion to Bon Homme and Hutchinson counties.
