Produces three main stage shows each year (Fall, Spring, and Summer). The BCT is a non-profit organization; all actors, stage hands, assistants, Board members, etc. are volunteers. Directors, Music Directors, Choreographers, and Accompanists are paid positions and are selected during an interview process approximately 6-12 weeks before each production.
