Through VA Homeless Case Manager. *If an individual doesn't have a VA Case Manager, they can contact Sherry Cary at the Sioux Falls VA.

Eligibility

Veterans must be referred by a VA case manager, who has determined eligibility. This facility is open only to individuals, and not families.
