Preventive vaccinations including flu shots, now available. Also, works with 4 pharmacies to get discounted rates for new prescriptions and refills.

Application process
Walk-in, no appointments accepted. Required to visit with an eligibility volunteer to review the financial guidelines for the clinic, which are based on 200% of the Federal Poverty Guidelines. Registration is from 6:00pm - 7:00pm.

Residents of the Black Hills, Ages 19-64, uninsured (must not have private health insurance or qualify for Medicare, Medicaid, Veterans Assistance, Native American assistance, or Native American Health Services) income guidelines apply.
