Inmate and Ex-Offender Support Services | Hope Prison Ministry
Hope Prison Ministry helps men or women by giving them a hand up so they have the means to start their lives anew after release from incarceration, by providing them with clothes and resources they need to find food, transportation, housing, and other items deemed reasonable on a one-time basis. Offers fellowship and friendship beyond the walls. Mentoring Programs: Focus on one-to-one positive interactions with inmates with the goal of preventing a return to criminal behavior. - P-2 Project is a person-to-person visitation program that provides one-to-one visitation with a jail inmate. - M-2 Program is a man-to-man visitation program that provides one-to-one visitation with an inmate at the South Dakota State Penitentiary.
