Provides individual counseling for children ages 12-18, adults and older adults. Areas include depression, anxiety, stress, self-esteem, grief, trauma adjustment, and relationship issues. Utilizes cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), solution focused and strength based strategies in treatment. Face to face and telehealth options available.
