At-Risk Housing Assistance | Community Outreach, The
A collaborative housing initiative for at-risk individuals. Individuals with credit problems, poor rental history (damage or unpaid rent), or criminal background have difficulty finding housing. Individual's must have a source of income, the unit available must be affordable for them, they must go through TCO's Genesis program, and agree to monthly home visits.

Families with children who are homeless or at risk of becoming homeless. Individuals with a felony charge within the last 5 years are not eligible for this program.
