​ Black Hills Area Habitat for Humanity Restores accept donations of overstocked, discontinued, new and used building materials donated by manufacturers, stores, contractors and individuals. These donated items are sold to the public to help serve individuals and families with affordable housing solutions. Please note regarding air conditioners - there may be window ac units for purchase, however these are donated units. There is no income based scale/program to receive a discount on these units.
