Transition to Success | Helpline Center

Provides one-on-one coaching over the phone to transition out of poverty. Clients work with a coach to identify their needs and map the necessary steps to meet those needs. Coaches then support clients as they take steps and make progress towards their goals. The Transition to Success mindset is that poverty is not a character flaw, but rather a treatable condition caused by negative circumstances. The coaching process is nonjudgmental and client-led.
