Caregiver Support Program | Helpline Center
Provides emotional support, advocacy, and resources to caregivers that are in the role of providing care and support for an adult (18+). Program participants receive the following: - Connect to resources - Provide education - Assess emotional wellness - Develop a caregiving plan - Offer supportive phone calls - Support life-balance and self-care For clients who are not currently enrolled in the program but are wanting to be, please complete the Caregiver Support Program Referral Form and the Support Specialist will follow-up.
