Women to the Workforce - A career development program designed to help prepare participants to obtain employment. Participants will be assigned a mentor who will encourage and support her throughout the program, and will also attend sessions addressing a variety of topics such as: Organizing the job search Utilizing community resources Cover letters and resumes Putting your best foot forward Interview tips, techniques and feedback Tapestry Women's Career Network: A job retention program that addresses the needs of those navigating the workplace, but may not have a network to rely on to keep them engaged. Members work to achieve self-defined success in their careers and in life. Making Cent$ Financial Literacy Program: Focuses on women looking to get their financial house in order and ease a financial burden by creating a small cohort that meets monthly with local expert presenters that can provide a personal perspective about what is possible and address specific financial concerns. ​Women's Leadership Program: Facilitates the development of female leaders by utilizing the experiences and skills of established women. Women in any career field can benefit from this intensive course, which combines a strong personal development focus along with valuable professional development experiences.
